- Resting heart rate. Measured during your ECG. An indicator of cardiovascular fitness.
- Healthy heart age. Calculated from your data, with guidance on how to lower it.
- Heart disease & stroke 10-year risk. A clinical algorithm using 21 data points to estimate your risk.

- Body fat percentage. Compared against the ideal range for your age, gender, and build.

Your Health Adviser performs your 19 clinical checks: ECG, blood pressure, body composition, urinalysis, and a lifestyle review. We talk through what we find as we go.

Blood draw
A standard venous blood sample is taken at the end. The sample is sent to our UKAS-accredited partner lab the same day.

Your report
You leave with your on-the-day results and discussion. Your blood report follows within 2–5 working days, with clear explanations and any follow-up recommendations.
