Start with Essential or Advanced. Both give a strong baseline of your heart, metabolic, liver, kidney and iron health, with body composition and a lifestyle review on the day.
Family history of disease?
Optimal is our broadest standard check, adding thyroid function, inflammation markers and uric acid — useful where heart, metabolic or autoimmune conditions run in the family.
Hormone, thyroid or tiredness concerns?
Our Comprehensive Blood Test is the widest blood-test-only package — 64 markers including sex hormones, thyroid antibodies, vitamin D, B12, folate and insulin.
Concerns about cancer markers?
Our Men’s and Women’s Cancer Marker Health Checks include PSA or CA125 blood tests and FIT bowel screening, alongside a wider blood panel and in-clinic checks.

Your Health Adviser performs the in-clinic checks where applicable, takes your blood sample, and talks through what to expect within the appointment.
Bupa-trained Health Adviser
Sport science background, MSc Sport Psychology, Bupa-trained in health assessment. Same Health Adviser at every appointment.
UKAS-accredited lab testing
Your blood sample is sent to our UKAS-accredited partner lab the same day. Detailed report within 2–5 working days.
No GP referral needed
Adults aged 18–79 can book directly. No fasting required for Essential, Advanced, Optimal or Cancer Marker packages. Fasting is optional but recommended for the Comprehensive Blood Test.
