Most workplace screening stops at a finger-prick and a blood pressure cuff. We bring the full clinic: venous bloods to UKAS-accredited laboratories, 12-lead ECG, urinalysis, body composition analysis and a one-to-one review with a Bupa-trained health adviser.

Men’s and Women’s Cancer Marker Health Checks can also be included for employees who want them. Cancer markers can flag patterns but cannot diagnose or rule out cancer — we explain this clearly to every participant.

How it works

From first call to reports in four steps

  1. Step 1

    Scoping call

    A short call to agree headcount, package mix, dates and location. We send a written proposal with per-person pricing the same week.

  2. Step 2

    We set up on-site

    All you need is a private room with a table, two chairs and a power socket. We bring everything else — phlebotomy kit, ECG, body composition scales and consumables.

  3. Step 3

    Employees attend in 45-minute slots

    Each person gets the same appointment they would in clinic: bloods, in-clinic checks and a one-to-one lifestyle review. Around ten people per clinician per day; larger teams run over consecutive days or with additional clinicians.

  4. Step 4

    Individual reports, employer summary

    Every employee receives a detailed personal report within 2–5 working days. Employers receive an anonymised, aggregated wellbeing summary — never individual results.

What is included in an on-site corporate health check?
Exactly what we deliver in clinic. Every package includes venous blood tests processed by UKAS-accredited laboratories, blood pressure, resting heart rate, body composition analysis, a one-to-one lifestyle review and 10-year heart disease and type 2 diabetes risk scores. Advanced, Optimal and Comprehensive add a 12-lead ECG and urinalysis, and Comprehensive includes an extensive 64-marker blood panel.
How many employees can you see in a day?
Each health check takes around 45 minutes, so one clinician typically sees around ten people in a working day. For larger teams we run consecutive days or bring additional clinicians. We will confirm the schedule in your proposal.
What do you need from us on the day?
A private room with a table, two chairs and a power socket. We bring all clinical equipment and consumables and leave the room as we found it.
Do employees need to fast beforehand?
No fasting is required for our health check packages, so you can eat and drink normally before your appointment. Employees can be seen at any point in the working day.
Who sees the results?
Each employee receives their own report directly and confidentially. Employers receive an aggregated, anonymised summary of the group only — never any individual’s results. Optimum Health Screening Ltd is ICO registered and all data is handled under UK GDPR.
What happens if a result needs follow-up?
Every report explains each result in plain English and gives clear guidance on when GP follow-up may be appropriate. If something needs prompt attention, we contact the individual directly to explain the next steps.
How is pricing structured?
Packages start at £125 per person, matching our clinic prices. Team pricing applies from around ten people, and the per-person rate reduces with headcount. Tell us your numbers and preferred packages and we will send a written proposal.
Which areas do you cover?
On-site health checks across London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and the wider South East. Employees who prefer to attend in person can also book at our clinics in Kingston upon Thames and Crawley.
Who is eligible?
Adults 18–79 can take part. No GP referral is needed and no symptoms are required — most people book a health check simply to understand where they stand.
